Our General Managers are responsible for ensuring a fun, safe, and loving place for our guests, their pets, and our crew members. Our general managers are the faces of each of our locations and should hold themselves as true leaders and ambassadors of our brand. Our general managers work alongside each crew member to ensure a team environment and sense of productivity and professionalism that we strive for. Our general managers must be customer service rock stars, we are dealing with people and their most precious fur-babies. 

The Front Desk Crew is responsible for customer service, reservations, retail inventory, processing invoices & payments, processing check ins and administrative duties in support of these functions. Additionally, they are responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the reception/retail area. The Front Desk Crew Receptionist reports to the General Manager or the Front Desk Crew Lead in the event the General Manager is not available.

The kennel crew is responsible for the supervision, control, and management of daycare pets and ensuring the safety of the playgroup. The kennel crew will also be assigned care of other animals boarding at the facility, Additionally, the kennel crew is responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the playrooms, play yards, as well as other areas of the facility as assigned. The kennel crew works under the supervision of the kennel manager and reports to the kennel manager.

The groomer's primary duties are to properly groom and finish pets by using humane practices and minimizing pet stress. Additionally, the groomer is responsible for supervising bather/brushers and the maintenance and cleaning of the groom and bathing rooms. The groomer reports to the general manager.
